บอร์ดแสดงผล WITTY·TAB มีตัวจับเวลาภายในและมาพร้อมกับเครื่องรับส่งสัญญาณวิทยุที่สามารถสื่อสารกับโฟโตเซลล์ที่มีไหวพริบ: เมื่อนักกีฬาผ่านไป โฟโตเซลล์จะส่งสัญญาณที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เริ่ม/รอบ/หยุด) ไปยังบอร์ดทางวิทยุ ช่วงการส่งสัญญาณคือ 150 เมตรภายใต้สภาวะมาตรฐาน
